This program will be offered in two separate sessions to accommodate the busy schedules of women in leadership roles.

May Session:
- Driving Transformation Workshop Intensive - May 2, 12 PM - 4:30 PM ET
- Bridging the Gap Summit - May 4, 12 PM - 6 PM ET
Participants from both sessions will be invited to a networking capstone event in the summer of 2023 to reconvene with peers, evaluate the progress made towards their commitments from the spring, and to share best practices for the path forward.
Driving Transformation Workshop Intensive
Our Driving Transformation Intensives on April 25 and May 2 are designed to focus on the unique challenges of women in executive-level academic leadership roles. Through presentations, collaborative breakouts, and guided exercises, the intensive will explore stakeholder management, executive presence, and more.
Bridging the Gap Summit
The Bridging the Gap Summits on April 27 and May 4 will bring together women from across leadership levels and their allies for a series of important exercises and conversations around systemic barriers, intersectional viewpoints, and transformational ideas.
