The Chronicle and Dever Justice LLC have partnered with Katherine Fusco to bring our Bootcamp registrants a custom coaching plan to further their midcareer goals. This plan includes three one-hour virtual coaching sessions that will provide one-on-one guidance for your career goals.
Katherine is an Associate Professor of English at the University of Nevada, Reno who has coached dozens of department chairs, written two academic books, and published in popular outlets such as The Atlantic and Harper’s Bazaar. She helps midcareer academics and administrators take hold of their careers by defining goals they’re passionate about and creating systems of accountability for achieving them. Working through the International Federated Model of Coaching, Katherine’s sessions are geared toward individual goals, rather than a regimented program.
With this specialized and flexible three-part package, you can receive one-on-one coaching with Katherine that fits your schedule. Sessions can be scheduled within two weeks, one month, or a more protracted cadence to suit your project and your needs.
Here are just a few of the goals Katherine can help you with across three one-hour virtual sessions:
- Working through a roadmap on your next book
- Creating a personal mission statement to reinvigorate your professional direction
- Communication skills, boundary setting, and interpersonal relationship management
Registrants will be connected directly to Katherine for individual scheduling.
Refund Policy: For planning purposes, there are no refunds for missed or unused sessions.
