Join The Chronicle on September 27 or 28 for a half-day virtual professional development program for early-career faculty. This fast-paced, practical workshop is suitable for those in the first five years of their academic career and are looking for guidance on how to approach their career progression in higher education.

- One half-day workshop program, facilitated by Dever Justice LLC
- Individual Development Plan
Program Schedule:
This full-day program will be offered in two sessions to accommodate variable schedules.
Session 1: Friday, September 27, 12 PM - 4 PM ET
Session 2: Saturday, September 28, 11 AM - 3 PM ET
Participants will have the opportunity to complete a primer exercise ahead of the program to prepare for their session. Facilitators will use this primer to inform the direction of the program.
Throughout the day, participants will engage in group discussions, moderated panels, and expert presentations that will help them formulate their individual development plans and identify fulfilling professional goals.
