Join us January 9-27, 2023 for a virtual professional development program for department chairs to overcome the challenges of the role and create a strategic vision for individual and departmental growth with the support of seasoned academic leaders.
Strategic Assessment and Implementation Workshops:
Each two-hour session, facilitated by Dever Justice LLC, will help department chairs think strategically about how to succeed in their role and manage complex challenges with creativity and grace. These group workshops will provide expert mentorship and a space to engage meaningfully on challenges and goals.
