Participants from both sessions will be invited to a networking capstone event in the summer of 2023 to reconvene with peers, evaluate the progress made towards their commitments from the spring, and to share best practices for the path forward.
Breaking through Barriers Workshop Intensive
Our Breaking through Barriers Intensives on April 24 and May 1 are designed to focus on the unique challenges of women in mid-level academic leadership roles. Through presentations, collaborative breakouts, and guided exercises, the intensive will explore double standards, navigating conflict, and more.
Bridging the Gap Summit
The Bridging the Gap Summits on April 27 and May 4 will bring together women from across leadership levels and their allies for a series of important exercises and conversations around systemic barriers, intersectional viewpoints, and transformational ideas.
