    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit cards and checks.  If you would like to pay by check or be invoiced, please contact us at help@chronicle.com or 202-466-1032.  Payment is required before products are shipped.

     

    Do you charge taxes?

    We do not charge taxes on any store product.

     

    Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, we ship internationally.  If you experience any trouble placing an order from outside of the United States, please contact us at 1-202-466-1032 or help@chronicle.com.

     

    How are orders shipped?

    Orders are shipped through DHL.  We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Please allow 10-12 business days for items to arrive.  If you need a product immediately, please consider purchasing the digital version, which allows for instant access.

     

    How can I track my order?

    When the package ships, an order tracking link will be sent automatically to the email address you provided with your shipping information.  If you do not receive your order within 10-12 business days, please contact us.  If your order required reshipment, you must contact us at help@chronicle.com to obtain the tracking information.  

     

    How can I change or cancel my order?

    Please call us at 202-466-1032.  If your order has not been processed, we will make every effort to adjust or cancel the order accordingly.  If the order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.

     

    What is your return policy?

    We do not offer refunds, nor do we accept returns.  Please refer to our User Agreement.  If your order arrives damaged, please email us at help@chronicle.com with pictures of the damaged product and packaging.  We will process a reshipment upon review.

     

    How do I download my digital product file?

    Once you purchase a digital product, you will be able to download the PDF from the order confirmation page, and you will receive an email with download links.  Please note that digital files can be downloaded a maximum of one time.

     

    Can I place a bulk order for an item?

    Yes.  For group purchases of fewer than 100 copies, please refer to our bulk pricing.  Contact bulkorders@chronicle.com for more information.

     

    Can I license an article, report, or photo?

    Digital licensing is an option for those institutions and organizations that wish to purchase Chronicle reports and guides in order to make them available campus-wide.  Use this form to request a quote or receive more information.

     

    Can I purchase the digital format of a report and share it with others? Can I put it behind a paywall?

    All store items are intended for individual use only, per our user agreement.  However, if you would like to share a digital item with a group or put it behind a paywall, please use this form to request a quote.

     

    Can you help me with my Chronicle subscription or newsletters?

    Can I get a sample of an item before purchasing?

    We can provide a table of contents or executive summary for specific products.  Please contact us at help@chronicle.com if you are interested in getting a sample of a particular product.
