Join The Chronicle on May 7 and May 14 for a two-part professional development workshop for higher-ed administrators. This fast-paced workshop is designed for those looking to advance their collaborative skills and sensibilities, participate more effectively in shared governance on their campus, and amplify their ability to make institutional change. 

This program is well-suited for leaders holding administrative-focused roles on campus, including roles in finance, institutional advancement, operations, and more.

Program Schedule:

This two-week institute will feature the following live sessions:

Session 1: May 7, 12 PM - 4 PM ET

Session 2: May 14, 12 PM - 5 PM ET

Throughout each day, participants will engage in panel discussions, structured exercises, and group collaboration that will help them strengthen their collaborative leadership abilities.
