Interview Prep, CV Consultation, or Individual Career Coaching with Dever Justice

Dever Justice LLC is a partnership dedicated to supporting college and university faculty. Together, Carolyn Dever and George Justice offer a combined 50 years of experience as professors at a total of eight universities, large and small, urban and rural, in the north, south, midwest, and west of the US. They've each also served in a number of senior leadership roles, at levels ranging from the department to the institution. As professors and as administrators, they have worked to advance excellence in education and research, and to create diverse, inclusive pathways for all members of our campus communities.

Together with the Chronicle, Carolyn and George are offering a variety of coaching opportunities for faculty members looking to advance their careers in higher ed.

By purchasing a one-hour coaching session, you will be able to schedule individual time with either Carolyn or George in one of the following areas:

• Interview preparation
• CV or cover letter review
• General coaching on professional progression

Having seen the academic hiring process from both sides of the coin, Carolyn and George are well-versed in the professional ins-and-outs of higher ed, the search process—including not only how to apply to roles, but where to look for them—the CV writing process, and the interview process. Through a review and revision of your CV, an interview prep session, or other professional coaching, Dever Justice can help you move forward on your professional goals.

Registrants will be connected directly to Carolyn and George for individual scheduling.

Refund Policy: For planning purposes, there are no refunds for missed or unused sessions. Sessions expire three months after purchase.
