The Chronicle's Faculty Bootcamp: Strategies for Early-Career Success

Join The Chronicle on February 28 or March 1 for a half-day virtual program for early-career faculty. This exciting new professional development workshop will help you identify key moments in the next phase of your academic career to be strategic in order to achieve success.   

This fast-paced, practical workshop is suitable for those in the first five years of their academic career and are looking for guidance on how to approach their career progression in higher education.

• One half-day workshop program, facilitated by Dever Justice LLC
• Individual Development Plan

Program Schedule:

This full-day program will be offered in two sessions to accommodate variable schedules.

Session 1: Friday, February 28, 12 PM - 4 PM ET

Session 2: Saturday, March 1, 11 AM - 3 PM ET

Throughout the day, participants will engage in group discussions, moderated panels, and expert presentations that will help them formulate their individual development plans and identify key points of strategic action along the tenure track.
