The Chronicle Leadership Summit | October 25-26 2027

Now in its second year, The Chronicle Leadership Summit brings together presidents, chancellors, provosts, and other senior higher-education leaders for two days of candid discussion, fresh perspectives, and practical insight into the challenges facing colleges and universities.

Through journalist-led conversations, expert perspectives, and peer exchange, participants will examine the most pressing issues shaping higher education, from political pressures and public trust to artificial intelligence, institutional sustainability, and the evolving demands of campus leadership.

Designed for those making consequential decisions, the Summit creates space to step away from daily demands, exchange ideas with leaders from a wide range of institutions, and consider new approaches to the challenges ahead.

Attendance is intentionally limited to foster meaningful dialogue and a highly interactive, peer-level experience.

Registration Eligibility

This program is open only to senior institutional administrators. If you are registering on behalf of an invitee, please email events@chronicle.com with the attendee's first and last name, email address, and institution.

Refund Policy: 

To preserve the peer-level nature of the Summit, participation is limited to senior institutional decision-makers. Registrations will be reviewed for eligibility. If a registrant does not meet the criteria, their registration will be canceled and a full refund promptly issued.

If a confirmed registrant is unable to attend, The Chronicle welcomes proposed substitutions from the same institution with prior approval from our events team. For planning purposes, refunds will not be issued once registrations have been confirmed.
