The Chronicle's Academic Leadership Crash Course | March 2026

Ensuring that dedicated faculty members have the tools and skills needed to take on leadership roles is imperative for your institution's continued success.

We invite faculty members aspiring to administrative leadership to join The Chronicle on March 25 or 27 for a three-hour virtual professional development workshop that will help them prepare. This fast-paced workshop for those looking to advance their career in higher-ed is suitable for faculty members, program chairs, department chairs, associate deans, and others seeking guidance on entering the administration.

Your purchase of the core program includes:

• One three-hour workshop program, facilitated by Dever Justice LLC
  
• The Chronicle's Toolkit for Deans
  
• A customizable CV template, designed for applications to administrative positions
  
• The chance to win an individual coaching session with either Carolyn Dever or George Justice
  

You can also add on a group coaching or individual coaching session to round out your program experience in the drop-down menu above. 

Program Schedule:

This three-hour program will be offered in two sessions to accommodate variable schedules.

Session 1: Wednesday, March 25, 1PM -  4PM ET

Session 2: Friday, March 27, 1PM -  4PM ET
