Fostering Collaboration and Resiliency to Navigate Change
The foundations of higher education continue to be tested, with new threats emerging each day—and no signs of slowing down. Our Higher-Ed Leadership Institute has been designed to support leaders across both academic and administrative roles in embodying the skills needed to advance their personal, team, and institutional goals.
Program Structure: Choose from three focused workshop intensives, or join all three for the All-Access experience. Those registering for All-Access will also receive exclusive access to:
- A 90-minute Capstone session on June 16 at 1 PM ET to help carry the concepts from all three intensives forward in your daily work.
Intensive 1: Showing Up | May 12, 12 - 4 PM ET
Leadership Competencies in Challenging Times
Even the most experienced leaders can have difficulty showing up the way they want to amidst constant turbulence and uncertainty. In this four-hour virtual workshop, program facilitators will break down concepts and tools that can help you embody your best leadership qualities and understand your own reaction and response to outside environmental factors.

Building Trust and Resiliency Across Your Teams
As a leader, one the greatest challenges you might come across is balancing the needs of your team members, ensuring that they are supported in being their most innovative and productive versions of themselves. In this four-hour workshop, participants will explore their impact on their team and learn ways to positively leverage their influence to increase trust and encourage action.
Intensive 3: Driving Change | May 21, 12 - 4 PM ET
