Program Structure
The first week of this program will offer all registrants a chance to dive into four core seminars. These seminars will be recorded and distributed to registrants upon their conclusion.
Seminar topics include:
- National Trends in Higher Education | July 14, 1 p.m. ET
- Understanding the Higher-Ed Business Model | July 15, 1 p.m. ET

Change Management | July 21 or July 22: This session equips library leaders to lead organizational change with clarity and resilience with tools, frameworks, and real-world strategies using group exercises and applied planning.
- Active Collection Management for Contemporary Libraries | July 23: This session helps library leaders navigate evolving collection strategies and budget constraints, offering practical tools to reassess acquisition models, vendor partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- The Library’s Role in Student Learning | July 24: This session explores how libraries can lead efforts to support student learning and ethical AI use, partner with faculty on assessment design, and create inclusive, inquiry-driven environments that meet evolving academic needs.
