This Summit will be offered in two separate sessions:

• Session 2: September 26, 12 PM - 6 PM ET

Bridging the Gap Summit

The Bridging the Gap Summits on September 19 and September 26 will bring together women from across leadership levels and their allies for a series of important exercises and conversations around systemic barriers, intersectional viewpoints, and transformational ideas. The summit will center on the following key themes:

• Building a More Inclusive Future: Understanding Gender Equity and Intersectionality
• Psychological Safety in the Face of Systemic Burnout
• Next Steps for Allyship: Supporting Colleagues Across Gender, Racial, Generational Difference, and More
• Charting a Course: Developing Your Individual Commitments for Systemic and Cultural Change
